Spoke to the doctor and he said, "they will drain fluid on Wednesday next week." I guess they don't feel this is really critical and Anicia doesn't seem to be in pain or anything. It's just that when she feels her head, she'll give you this look once she feels the huge lump on her head! She was more relaxed and just enjoying some TV when I got there. Of course, I turned it off. Doctor said, she has to rest every 15 minutes and the nurse said, she has watched a lot of movies, oh my!
I got her a small radio. I showed Anicia how to use the earphones, how to turn the radio on and off. When she finally put the earphones, she closed her eyes and listened to the music. I tried to show her how to change the station, hmmm, I guess it's something we have to work on.

anicia, happy new year! i am glad to hear that your condition has been improving. it will take some time but before you know it you will be back on your feet again. i spoke to megan thru the internet and she is doing good.. carla has been spoiling her. we talked for awhile and she said that santa was good to her.. got a laptop and lots of clothes..and she asked me what i got for xmas.. i told her i only got paint brushes for my painting. she said she didnt know that i painted.. well i didnt know either until recently. painting takes my mind off problems.. and she replied "thats coool" ahahah! i miss you both very much.. always reminisce of all the good times we had together. Thanks for being strong anicia. Better get your ass out of bed and come take a vacation with megmeg this year. love, yani
